With all the terrific museums and associations out there, why support us? Well… let’s give it a shot.
For a group of volunteers (and a couple of part-timers) in a small town, this organization is quite unique in its aspirations. We are pretty unafraid to take on projects. Sometimes this is not easy.
The Peach County Historical Society is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history of Peach County, Georgia. We have a wide range of resources, ranging from historical documents and photographs to artifacts and oral histories. Our mission is to provide a connection between the past and the present, and to ensure that our history can be enjoyed for generations to come.
We are passionate about our goal of connecting the community to the history of Peach County, and invite you to explore our resources and join us in our mission. We think the spirit of this Society is quite unique. But we still have so much we want to do and could do better.
